Black dashed line, Kp,uu,cell = 1, indicates predominant passive diffusion or mutually compensated influx and efflux; Kp,uu,cell < 1 indicates limited intracellular entry; Kp,uu,cell > 1 indicates predominant accumulation inside the cells.
