Histograms present the cellular uptake of fluorescent metabolites of substrates normalized with the value static condition without inhibitor. Three independent experiments were performed in triplicate. Statistical significance was determined by ANOVA followed by a Tukey’s test (*p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001)
