Results are shown as mean fluorescence ± SEM, given as arbitrary units (AU). Statistical significance was determined using two-way ANOVA, with Bonferroni’s multiple comparison test. No statistical differences were observed in post hoc analysis. WM: white matter; GM: gray matter
