Impact of shear stress exposure on intracellular GSH contents in hCMEC/D3 cells. hCMEC/D3 cells were exposed for 72 h to a shear stress of 10 dyn.cm−2 and GSH cell content was further assessed using LC–MS/MS (see materials and methods). Histograms show GS-NEM concentrations as percentage (%) of control, with cells cultured under static condition. Three independent experiments were performed in triplicate. Statistical significance was determined by Student t-test (**p < 0.01)
