Primary brain endothelial cells were cultivated on transwell inserts in the cellZcope device. Cells or supernatants were used for subsequent studies when confluent. TEER was 72.6 ± 2.53 for Lrp1lox/lox and 56.69 ± 1.83 for Lrp1lox/lox; Slco1c1-CreERT2 endothelial cells. Mean ± SEM. B and C are biological replicates from 3 independent isolates.
