Significant difference between hCMEC/D3-WT and hCMEC/D3-Cldn5-YFP cells is indicated by asterisk (P < 0.05). This experiment is a repeat of the experiment shown in Fig. 4b, but TEER measurements were performed up to 9 days after seeding
