Brain Aβ levels following ADAM10 modulation in a mouse model of AD. Following a 5 day treatment of PSAPP mice (35 weeks of age) with the ADAM10 inhibitor GI254023X (200 mg/kg) or vehicle (DMSO), levels of soluble and insoluble Aβ40 and Aβ42 were measured in the brain using an Aβ40 or Aβ42 ELISA (ad). Values represent mean ± SEM (n = 8–9) and are expressed as the amount of Aβ40 or Aβ42 per μg of total protein. Statistical analyses were performed using an unpaired t test
