Effects of low density lipoprotein (LDL) and oxidized LDL on cell viability: impedance and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release. Effects of LDL or oxLDL treatment on the viability of cultured cells from wild type (Wt) and ApoB-100 transgenic (Tg) mice. A Normalized cell index reflect to the viability of the cells 24 h after treatment. Viability of brain endothelial cells (EC), pericytes (PC) and astroglia cells (AC) is presented after LDL or oxLDL treatment. B Lactate dehydrogenase release of the cells 24 h posttreatment.
