DEP-mediated upregulation of Cyp1b1 protein expression in isolated rat brain microvessels is blocked with (A) actinomycin D, an inhibitor of transcription, (B) cycloheximide (CHX), an inhibitor of protein synthesis, and (C) an AhR antagonist (CH-223191).
