TM-BBB4 cells were treated with 1 or 10 μM forskolin for 24 h in culture medium containing 0.1% DMSO. The acid-resistant binding of [125I]hAβ(1-40) (0.4 nM) was measured at 3 min in TM-BBB4 cells.
