Effect of 1,25(OH) 2 D3 on the level of endogenous Aβ(1-40) in mouse brain. Mice received i.p. injection of 1,25(OH)2D3 (D3, 1 μg dissolved in 100 μL of H2O containing 5% ethanol) or vehicle (V, 100 μL of H2O containing 5% ethanol).
