From the 18,160 analyzed genes, approximately 81% of the genes presented with expression levels between 6.1 and 8.3; 15% were expressed at levels between 8.3-10.5; 4% were expressed with the level between 10.5-12.8 and only 0.4% of the genes were highly expressed by the CP and presented with an expression level between 12.8-15.0.
