Percentage of VZV-specific intrathecally-produced IgG of the total intrathecally-produced IgG ( F S anti-VZV) in patients with a clinically isolated syndrome or multiple sclerosis (CIS/MS) and VZV reactivation with central nervous system complications (VZV). An FS anti-VZV of 5% is indicated by the dashed line. Statistical significance of the difference between groups was assessed by Mann–Whitney U test.
