(B) Enhancement due to 300 μM BzATP application was reduced in the A2B-/- mice (n = 8) versus wild-type P2X7+/+ mice (n = 5). BzATP-induced enhancement was eliminated in the A2B-/- mice after pre-incubation of the slices with 100 nM BBG (n = 8). *: P < 0.05 for all panels, data are means ± SEM.
