Tissue-medium distribution of PGE 2 and 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGE 2 following exposure of 2-day-old rat lateral ventricle choroid plexuses to PGE 2 . PGE2 and 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGE2 were quantified separately in the medium and in the choroidal tissue. The data are expressed as percentage of the total amount of molecule (either remaining PGE2 or produced 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGE2), at the end of the 5- and 45-minute incubation period.
