Initial presentation shows a localized large enhancing lesion centered in the genus of the corpus callosum (CC) with extension mainly into the right frontal lobe (a, b). After 10 months of HD-MTX treatment there is relapse in the ependymal surface of the left lateral ventricle (d) with complete response in the CC lesion (c)
