Analysis by both the Kruskal Wallis (p < 0.0001) test and ANOVA (p < 0.0001) revealed that the 3 groups were significantly different. Post-hoc Bonferroni test indicated that the outflow resistance in the kaolin group was significantly greater than that of the saline (p = 0.004) and intact group (p < 0.0001) but no significant difference was observed between saline and intact animals.Back to article page
